Refund Policy

Our refund policy is quite simple, If you’re not satisfied, we’re not going to force you into staying with us. We want you to be a long-term and satisfied customer. We are confident that once you get to enjoy the Peace of Mind that comes with knowing your data is safely backed up on a daily basis, you won’t want to go back to the dangerous unprotected days of before.

However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from us and are not able to resolve the issue with our
Customer Support staff, you may then request cancellation with a full refund within 14-days of purchase.

Requests for cancellation after the 14-day grace period will result in the account being terminated and all backed up data being deleted from our servers at the end of the current billing cycle.
